Use and specifications
1. PRIMARY SEDIMENTATION: for separation, digestion and accumulation of sludge.
2. PANEL WITH AUDIBLE/VISUAL ALARM: the compressors fitted in the biological treatment plant and in the final sludge recirculation tank are connected to a PANEL WITH AUDIBLE/VISUAL ALARM and digital timer to optimise operation.
3. OXIDATION TREATMENT SYSTEM: for oxidising pollutants, with sludge recirculation to the primary tank. Fitted with No. 2 blowers (one for oxidation and one that feeds the recirculation system), diffuser plates, control panel with audible/visual alarm and digital timer to optimise operation of the compressors
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Supply and installation of a DEPURO ONE type treatment plant for treating domestic sewage and assimilable effluent. The plant shall consist of two one-piece polyethylene (PE) corrugated tanks fitted with all accessories required for correct operation, such as control panels, connecting pipes, electromechanical equipment and, where required, optional extensions (height 30 cm) for screwing on the inspection manhole covers, all manufactured by a UNI EN ISO 9001/2008 certified company.
The entire system shall be manufactured in accordance with European standard UNI EN12566-3 and must bear the CE mark. The complete system must be performance verified by an external accredited laboratory to guarantee removal percentages of 84.2% for COD, 87% for BOD5 and 92.1% for Suspended Solids.
