Use and specifications
Material: NBR rubber.
Application: the rubber gaskets are used when it becomes necessary to install stub pipes on polyethylene tanks (e.g. to create inlets, outlets, etc.). When installed correctly, these gaskets provide a perfect seal.
Installation: a hole must be cut in the polyethylene tank using a circular hole cutter. The diameter of the cutter must be slightly larger than that of the stub pipe to be installed (see table below). The gasket is inserted into the hole. The stub pipe is then inserted in the gasket itself.
