1. PRIMARY SEDIMENTATION: for separation, digestion and accumulation of sludge
2. BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT PLANT: aerated adhered biomass biological treatment plant for forced oxidisation of pollutants. Complete with PP bulk fill material, filter bed aeration blower and diffuser plates.
3. FINAL STILLING TANK: to separate excess sludge and return it to the primary sedimentation tank using an air-lift system. Fitted with blower.
4. PANEL WITH AUDIBLE/VISUAL ALARM: The compressors fitted in the biological treatment plant and in the final sludge recirculation tank are connected to a PANEL WITH AUDIBLE/VISUAL ALARM and digital timer to optimise operation.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Supply and installation of a DEPURO PLUS type treatment plant for treating domestic sewage and assimilable effluent. The plant shall consist of three one-piece polyethylene (PE) corrugated tanks fitted with all accessories required for correct operation, such as control panels, connecting pipes, electromechanical equipment and, where required, optional extensions (height 30 cm) for screwing on the inspection covers, all manufactured by a UNI EN ISO 9001/2008 certified company.
The entire system shall be manufactured in accordance with European standard UNI EN12566-3 and must bear the CE mark. The complete system must be performance verified by an external accredited laboratory to guarantee removal percentages of 92.1% for COD, 94.9% for BOD5 and 96.3% for Suspended Solids. Installation, including connection to pipes and laying of a sand sub-base of minimum thickness 15 cm.
