Use and specifications
Function: diaphragm type diffusers in microbored rubber, used in activated sludge plants and designed to provide a uniform distribution of air, with bubbles of microscopic diameter to optimise oxygenation of the effluent and to guarantee sufficient mixing that keeps the high concentrations of solids present inside the tank in suspension. They do not require a support pipe because the feeder connection is at the top, so that the diffuser can be positioned on the bottom of the tank. The innovative composition of the plate also ensures absolute impermeability of the connection between the diaphragm, the support plate and the support coupling.
